Munoz. family

Mini sessions in tree farms are a splendid thing! I had so much fun re-uniting with an old co-worker, Amanda, for a family holiday session 🙂 Amanda and Miguel have two of thee cutest daughters, Aria and Maryanna -I was frantically shooting as many shots of Maryanna eating those ornaments as I could!! Too cute! Happy Holidays, Munoz family! 🙂

Haughian. family

I was so excited to do a family session for the Haughian family this holiday season! My husband and I have been family friends with Nick and Jessica for a few years now and absolutely love this family (Nathan and I still quote some of Logan’s hilarious battle cries!)  They are celebrating their newest edition, baby-brother Lincoln and it was so much fun watching the two older siblings, Lucy and Logan, smother him with kisses!

Jason & Aubrie. wedding

{Part Two of Winter Wedding Styled Shoot}

These two beauties may look familiar to some people! Jason & Aubrie are my BEAUTIFUL brother and sister-in-laws! I can’t get over how amazing this wedding shoot was; you can’t go wrong when your surrounded by beautiful frosted woods! And what better company to keep than your own family!

Jason and Aubrie are a goofy, adventurous and affectionate couple. When I asked them to trek around in the snow while sporting suits and gowns they were all in (even though a Seahawks game was on, thanks Jay, I owe you one big time)! They made the day a blast with her bubbly attitude and his sense of humor 🙂 Thank you again Jason and Aubrie for these incredibly romantic moments!

Brock’s 1st Thanksgiving. personal

IMG_0796I think it’s time for a personal post!

This August 6th I had my first baby! Brock Christopher Waltman has completely stolen my heart. It’s interesting… when you are pregnant for the first time you hear from all these moms how wonderful it is having a child. You hear what they are saying, but there is nothing that can prepare you for the reality of how much love and how much FUN you experience as you watch your own little person grow up in front of you.

At almost 4 months old I don’t think there has been a day yet when I haven’t kissed this boy on his over-sized head at least 20 times and laughed at his ever changing facial expressions. My husband loves to repeat Brock’s made-up words; they have become lasting quotes in our home.

So here is a little piece of me this time, celebrating our family’s first Thanksgiving with Brock!

my darling boy, I will love you more than you can ever know.
